Sunrise Industries have just launched an IP based Interactive Voice Response system for Waste companies, enabling them to launch services like account balance enquiry request and make payments over the phone via credit cards.
The new solution coupled together with Sunrise Industries SMS alert solution for domestic waste collection reduces the workload on telephone support staff by up to 80% - meaning less support staff are needed to handle more customers.
The Auto Attendant solution is a hosted system meaning no hardware is required and many new services based on customer requirements can easily be added on top of the existing service base.
