The Interactive Voice Response - Auto Attendant provides the ability to enable customers to call into your business and interact with the auto attendant for services like account balance enquiry, pay bill, topup accounts, etc. SO NO NEED FOR A PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND TAKE DETAILS.
REMOTE SERVER OR LOCAL SERVER HOSTING
The IVR Auto Attendant can be hosted by us on a dedicated server or installed locally inside your business network on an existing server. Either way we have the facilities to provide a ported phone number or connect to the local PBX [analogue or IP] service.
DATABASE INTEGRATION
The system is preconfigured to connect to a MySQL database for fetching and pushing updates to, but it can also be configured to others like MSSQL databases. All connections currently run over HTTPS but SFTP is also used by some companies as well when connecting to customer databases.
PAYMENTS CONNECTION
Currently we handle Realex and Paypal as payment gateway providers but others can be configured if required. For processing we connect over HTTPS and all transactions are securely communicated with NO data being stored on the server only passed to the payment gateway for processing. Our system provides extensive logging of all transactions and can be customised if required to output logs into any format for accounting reconciliation.

CALL FLOW AND CALL MANAGEMENTWith our adaptable call flow configuration we can fully customise any type of call flow in any language for your business. This means that many types of services like account balance enquiry, questionnaires, payments, sign ups can all be configured for your business - inputting and outputting data to the customer automatically.
To get started with your business all we will need to do is talk with you on the phone about your business requirements and then we come up with the required call flow plan. Once happy we can start to implement that call flow plan into the required server environment of your choice. Once fully tested we connect to the payments gateway for initial testing. Once payments have been tested we move to live and launch the service. Over the first month we continuously monitor the service and then there after we provide continuous support.
