Our Skip Hire Management System handles all aspects of a skip hire business and enables the business to operate a very busy sales / delivery / collection schedule with only a handful of staff.

A skip business cannot operate without sales, which is why we implemented our web front end code to maximise all the Search Engine Optimization techniques to generate traffic from Google. Once customers come onto the website they can order online and select a number of payment methods. Once the order has been placed - office personnel are notified. The order is automatically given a status and once confirmed placed on a driver’s route.

Once on a drivers route the driver will be able to see the task to be done displayed on his Mobile Phone – WIS Mobile. Once at the customer’s premise the driver will scan the skip and get a customer signature on his mobile phone. This data will automatically update the main system live or once a network exists.

The WIS Mobile does everything a rugged handheld can do and more. With its main feature list being:

When the collection date comes around or the customer has rang in for an early collection, the driver will be allocated the task on his mobile phone. Once the job is complete and all payments have been made the job stated will be completed and the order will be archived.

All accounting transactions of the order, VAT returns, Corporate Accounts are maintained in the Accounting system where CSV files can be used to export into any other accounting platform if needed. At any time customer statements, invoices and receipts can be raised from each order or per each corporate account. These document templates can be easily edited in the Document Section.
