From the website content side of things the system comes complete with a marketing module which manages all news, offers, documents, shops sales and many other additional applications which help waste companies present themselves well online and all listings are search engine friendly.

A strong selling point of the WIS system is its automated text messaging module which automatically sends SMS (text messages) to customers the night before collection.  Inside these SMS customer specific data can be placed, such as collection type, billing type, account balance so a customer could receive a text saying "Tomorrow your recycling bin is due for collection please top up your account in the nearest shop as you balance is €10."  With the admin the text messaging module enables you to send text to individuals or to an entire route - which is quite handy if a truck is broken down or weather hampers collection.
