We developed a complete administration and server system that helps Wiserbins reduce the number of customer calls into their head office – for payment purposes. The system was fully integrated into their existing accounting system with daily syncs and account reconciliation.

Full IVR call flow was adapted and integrated on their PABX as well as call forwarding to an IP based IVR module to ensure 20 plus simultaneous callers per session could be handled. Both IVR and Web payments were integrated and secured over HTTPS with the realex payments system.
